Co-Founders of LLPDX
Pamela Fleischmann, Event & Casting Coordinator
Pamela grew up in Eastern Oregon, went to college in Eugene and landed in Portland soon after. She has been pursuing a career in the arts since she was three and would hide in her closet and draw on the walls. She now has a beautiful family, is studying acting and happily rides the coat tail of friends, or strangers, more talented than herself. In Pamela’s imagination, she has won three Oscars, an Emmy and a Tony, she has starred opposite hunky British actors in romantic period dramas with her spectacular cleavage cinched up to her chin. In short, Pamela is the biggest liar of the bunch — she has never had even mildly impressive cleavage.
Veronica Proctor, Art Director
Born and raised in Germany, Veronica Proctor worked as a designer then art director in Freiburg, New York City and now Portland. Some of the companies she worked with include Preuszner Kommunikation + Design, PR agency Edelman and FORTUNE magazine. Her designs won several awards, yet being a mom is what really should grant her (and every other mom) sainthood, at the very least. She loves her family, the outdoors, devouring books and any kind of random information that could be useful at the most unexpected times.

Her first story collection, Virginia State Map, was a contest finalist with the University of Missouri-Kansas City Press. She has been nominated for two Pushcart Prizes and in addition to fiction publications, she has published newsletters and educational manuals with Washington State’s Department of Education. She is the editor of VoiceCatcher4, and continues to edit and coach writers. She completed her first novel American War Song and is at work on her second.
